Jeannine is also an advocate for the KIDZ'N POWER Martial Arts Program. This program is designed for children and teens to help develop confidence, self esteem, increased awareness and fosters growth in leadership in all areas of their lives.
Service and teaching others is the food of my soul. I believe that we all have a powerful purpose in this lifetime and we all get to connect to it and carry out our mission. Massage is one of the many modalities that is available to us to connect to our higher self and that connection is only possible when we quiet our mind.
Massage allows our (nervous system) responsiveness to slow down and be less reactive , the ego is disarmed through feeling safe and then our body has the ability to be relaxed. This is beginning of awareness.
In this awareness we can see life more clearly and also see how our mind or thoughts have affected our body, from a new space we can create something new.
