Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must made up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of your booked service. Cancellations made 8 hours or less prior to your appointment time is considered a no show. If you no call/no show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your booked service. If you have a Gift Card/Certificate or Pre-Paid service, failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeit of your service/certificate. Couples Massages are prepay and entire payment amount is forfeited if you cancel or no show for your couples appointment.

Arrival Time:

We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to start your service on time.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment you will receive the time left in your session. You will be charged for the initial booked treatment time.

 

Refunds:

All service & product sales are final. No refunds on prepaid services.
