A: Your temperature will be taken prior to your massage service. We utilize cleaning, disinfection, proper hand hygiene, and utilize personal face protection. We also closely monitor the CDC’s health and safety measures and implement additional measures if necessary.
Q: What if you have an upcoming appointment and are not feeling well?
A: Please contact give us a call to reschedule your appointment.
Q: When will the massage therapist arrive?
A: Your massage therapist will arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to set up and allow time for assessment and personal preparation.
Q: Where will my massage service take place?
A: Please reserve a room in your home with sufficient space to accommodate the massage table(s) and space around it for your therapist to work.
Q: Can you move our furniture to prepare space for my massage service?
A: We cannot move or rearrange your furniture prior to set up.
Q: What if I am pregnant, have a health condition, or injury?
A: Please inform us about any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to booking your massage. We need to verify that there are no contraindications to receiving massage therapy.
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
